When will my payment method be charged?

If you keep your site open after the free trial, you will be charged in accordance with your selected plan.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. SocialGO is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Why are prices quoted with VAT?

SocialGO PLC is based in the United Kingdom. All prices quoted include 20% VAT which is charged to UK and European Customers. If you are outside the EU, the prices will be adjusted at checkout.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, or you can set up a Billing Agreement and pay your subscription using PayPal. If you have any problems making a payment please contact us through our help center.

How do I cancel?

Unlike some of our competitors, we do not make it hard for you to cancel your service with us. Your contract with us is on a monthly rolling basis which you can terminate at any time by going to the "Account" section of your admin area.

How does my free Google Advertising work?
