All of our friendly support staff are experienced SocialGO users working together at our central HQ. We won't pass you around call centers - just submit your ticket to our helpdesk and we'll keep you updated until it's resolved.

Unlike some other services, every one of our plans includes unlimited support tickets. And we'll always treat each one as urgently as the last.
